NG61 is a small bug-fix of the populat NG60 bin for the Honda OBD0 ECUs

The code seems stable, so check it out at the PGMFI OBD0 forum

The NG60 code was having some problems when switching between the NA and boost tables that are fixed now.
Note, that this concerns NA motors also, because the first column from boost is used for interpolation in NA engines.
